Past Events

At Congregation Sha'are Shalom and in our extended community we offer events to enrich our connection to Judaism.  Whether centered around a holiday or around an opportunity to learn, events are fun and ultimately add meaning to our lives as Jewish people.

Civic engagement is a core Jewish value.

On September 4th CSS hosted the

Loudoun League of Women Voters

Loudoun County School Board Forum

Most of the candidates attended, answering questions submitted ahead of time. The forum was moderated by WTOP reporter and CSS's own Neal Augenstein.
