Starting on Thursday, May 28, we celebrate the Festival of Shavuot and with it, the giving of the Torah. We are planning a lovely online evening of learning to follow the Ma'ariv (evening) service Thursday evening.

 

This is your invitation to share some words of Torah to our larger virtual gathering! The Sages of the Talmud noted "There are infinite facets to the Torah;" what's your favorite? Is it a sacred Jewish text with a contemporary lesson? A secular text with a Jewish lesson? A piece of Jewish music? A modern Israeli poem that speaks to the Jewish and/or human condition? It's all fair game for our learning! Already on the roster is a devar Torah by Elyann Katz, and a video on making mini cheesecakes by Lauren Katz. Please contact Rabbi Greenspoon ASAP if you'd like to join the roster of presenters.
